Creating conversations that connect people

we're in the business of listening, asking questions and helping our clients to find their own solutions...

     how can we help?

There are lots of reasons why organisations don’t offer people the opportunity to talk and listen to each other…

It’s too divisive...

No-one talks about the really tricky issues so...racism goes unchallenged and gender inequality erodes confidence. Bullying  and abuse destroy lives and careers.  Unspoken conflict destroys productivity.

It’s too complicated...

Whether it's coming up with a fair way to get everyone back to work after lockdowns. Or developing a realistic strategy to stick to when everything keeps changing, so; nobody is really sure what is going on.

It raises expectations...

People might have ideas that cost too much time and money, so; innovation is stifled and people get frustrated.

Our clients have discovered that good conversations uncover powerful solutions to all these challenges.

time for a change...?

                                                    what's on your mind?

We host safe spaces for people to speak and listen to each other, challenge the way things are and explore options for growth and change.

Facilitating dynamic dialogue can create space for new perspectives, new directions and new realities - which all become possible when everyone's voice is valued and heard in a supported environment.

We ask questions to understand the issues and design a process for the participants to find solutions that work for them. They own the outcome - whether it is a restored relationship, an agreement to differ, a new strategic direction or a plan to do things differently.

what we offer

Working with groups and teams in Discussion and Dialogue

We bring a multi-disciplinary approach to discover what might be getting in the way of team productivity, group harmony or collective clarity.
We bring questions and help the people in the room to find the answers.
We usually work in pairs so that we can pay attention to all the dynamics in the room - what's being said as well as what's underneath the words and behaviours.  Then we navigate the participants through a process to discern the issues, explore solutions and agree outcomes.

Working with Individuals

in Disagreement and Dispute

We support people whose relationships have broken down to have safe conversations about the reasons for the conflict and what they each need to restore the relationship sufficiently to work together again.
Working outside any other organisational processes, we use a combination of individual confidential conversations and joint sessions to help people to explore the issues and reach their own agreement.

Working with Leaders

on Strategy, Culture and Change

Leaders' time is precious.
We offer facilitation so that the whole leadership team can get involved in challenging discussions. This can be most helpful when radical change is being discussed, where there are strong differences of opinion, or leaders are grappling with serious challenges like organisational racism or abuse.
Usually working in pairs, we use a range of techniques and models to support robust debate and optimise creativity.
